Didn't get the results you need?

We know it can be disappointing to not achieve the band score you were hoping for. It can be tempting to book another test right away in the hope that with luck, you’ll achieve the score you need the next time you take IELTS.

If you feel that your test performance is not reflected in the score you received, you can request an IELTS review of your score (also called an IELTS remark, or IELTS Enquiry on Result). Contact the Test Centre where you sat your test to ask about this process, send an email or chat with us.

If you have done your IELTS test with an IDP IELTS Test Centre, you can submit your request for a remark by downloading the application form here. Then post the completed form along with your original Test Report Form to IDP IELTS Test Centres: P.O. Box 16154, Collins Street West, VIC 8007.
