If you wish to request a refund or transfer your test date, you must contact your Test Centre no later than 5 calendar days before the scheduled test date. Your Test Centre will advise on the process and any administration costs to complete the refund or transfer. Locate your Test Centre details here.
If you need to change your test type/module (Academic or General Training), you must contact the Test Centre you booked your test in, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled test date.

No, all the test centres are separate organisations, so you are unable to transfer the test to another test centre. However, you can request for a refund at the current test centre and book a new test at your preferred test centre.
You must visit a registered doctor on or before test day and get a medical certificate which covers the date of the test. You need to submit the medical certificate to the test centre within five days after the test date. If your application is approved, the test centre will refund the test fee to you or transfer the test date.
