Staff are nice, good location, computer and headphones worked perfectly, good experience. Just one minor issue is lockers are not enough for everyone.
I took the test today, with accommodations(separate room, extra time and unlimited breaks). I had a great experience, better than I have ever had taking the Ilets (this is my fourth time). They thought about everything and were kind, patient and sensitive to my special needs. I really recommend taking the test here!
They did a fantastic job. Plan 3-4 hours for the whole thing. Finding a good parking slot could be tricky given the location. Hence, please start early on the day of your test so that you can be in time. Some folks were not allowed to participate in the test because they arrived late.
