They did a fantastic job. Plan 3-4 hours for the whole thing. Finding a good parking slot could be tricky given the location. Hence, please start early on the day of your test so that you can be in time. Some folks were not allowed to participate in the test because they arrived late.

10/10! 1. I have required a special arrangement, they replied to me very soon, and arranged it perfectly. 2. Very friendly staff. 3. Offer free fresh fruit which is sweet. 4. I got my result the next day, and got my remark result within 3 hours, which is incredible! 5. Good environment, good facility, clear instructions.

Oki and her colleagues are very supportive to arrange a special test for me. I am very happy to take a test here with their warm welcome and kind arrangement. Despite I had trouble with my passport near the test date, they quickly come up with a possible solution that helps. I don't know if I might have 6.0 or not but I definitely know they got more than 6 stars for their wholehearted support.
