IDP IELTS Test Centre Melbourne - Southern Cross Station

Not sure if I’ll get my aimed scores but staff is super efficient. Facilities and view are top notch too.

Took IELTS test twice in the same place because my first experience was positive in the same place. The process was very systematic and well organized. There was no hiccup throughout the day. It is very important for the test takers as taking a test is nerve-racking experience for most people. As a special needs test taker, I needed special arrangement which was easily done by IELTS and Oki. Oki is very kind to provide necessary accommodation and support. I had Raymond and Chelsea as my invigilator in two separate tests and they are extremely helpful and attentive. I passed exam with flying colours because of the attentiveness and support provided to me! Thank you, IELTS, Oki, Chelsea and Raymond! Highly recommended this test centre!

The staff here were super helpful! A tip: arrive about 30 minutes early — it makes everything easier. If it’s your first time, the building is right next to Bean Lab. There’s also a coffee shop on Level 1 (Soaz 22), and a sign out front so it’s easy to spot. Take the lift to Level 7 and wait there — staff in each session will assist you with registration. Parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend coming by public transport for more convenience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
