Not sure if I’ll get my aimed scores but staff is super efficient. Facilities and view are top notch too.
The staff here were super helpful! A tip: arrive about 30 minutes early — it makes everything easier. If it’s your first time, the building is right next to Bean Lab. There’s also a coffee shop on Level 1 (Soaz 22), and a sign out front so it’s easy to spot. Take the lift to Level 7 and wait there — staff in each session will assist you with registration. Parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend coming by public transport for more convenience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
IELTS Melbourne provide excellent service both before and during the test. As someone with hearing loss, I greatly appreciated the thoughtful support provided by Oki and Joe, who arranged special consideration for me.
