The staff here were super helpful! A tip: arrive about 30 minutes early — it makes everything easier. If it’s your first time, the building is right next to Bean Lab. There’s also a coffee shop on Level 1 (Soaz 22), and a sign out front so it’s easy to spot. Take the lift to Level 7 and wait there — staff in each session will assist you with registration. Parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend coming by public transport for more convenience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
To begin with, the staff here are one of the best you will find ( especially the guy at the reception) extremely welcoming and helpful. The process is extremely smooth and stressfree. I would have given 5 stars, however deducting one marks for few things- they changed my speaking time and moved it ahead, on TWO occasions, within less than a day of notice and I can see from the review that they have done this to others as well. I understand this may cover them under the policy , HOWEVER THIS IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. One time is understandable but multiple occasions? This just shows that they focus more on staff and their needs as opposed to respecting candidate's time and reflects poor planning. I got extremely frustrated when they did the same thing to me twice. Please learn to respect other's time as well as clearly this is happening a lot more than normal. Another thing, the first speaking examiner I got was welcoming and i knew instantly that I would get good score and I did too and it was a high score. The second speaking examiner was not as friendly, looking at me with weird expressions and as expected, my speaking score was surprisingly so much lower the second time despite of not much difference. I am not saying i expected the same score but I know i deserved better. I Honestly doubt if i have been scored fairly . (Sounds like some people have faced similar with this examiner )Also, it can be good to remind the examiner to be a bit more welcoming to the candidates as it makes such a big difference
Melbourne IELTS Centre has been amazing throughout my IELTS journey. They offered great support and followed up closely with Cambridge. Special thanks to Oki for her full support and kindness, and to Joe for the excellent training and help with my special consideration. Truly a supportive and professional team, highly recommend!
