IDP IELTS Test Centre Melbourne - Southern Cross Station

Not sure if I’ll get my aimed scores but staff is super efficient. Facilities and view are top notch too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently completed my IELTS test at IDP Melbourne, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. As a vision-impaired candidate, I was understandably a little anxious about the process — but from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease and well taken care of. A very special thank you to Oki Hwang and Belle, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were fully met throughout what was a very long test day . They were professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. Thanks to their dedication and the extra time arrangements provided, I was able to sit my exam on a level playing field with other candidates — and that meant the world to me. Oki was wonderfully organised, patient, and warm throughout the entire process. Belle was equally outstanding in her assistance and care. Together, they made what could have been a stressful day into a genuinely positive and memorable experience. IDP Melbourne truly sets the standard for inclusive and supportive test-taking environments. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone, and especially to those who may require additional arrangements. You will be in excellent hands. The staff here were super helpful! A tip: arrive about 30 minutes early — it makes everything easier. If it’s your first time, the building is right next to Bean Lab. There’s also a coffee shop on Level 1 (Soaz 22), and a sign out front so it’s easy to spot. Take the lift to Level 7 and wait there — staff in each session will assist you with registration. Parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend coming by public transport for more convenience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
