IDP IELTS Test Centre Sydney

Amazing peaceful test site. The staff are super friendly and professional. It was my first time ever doing ielts test and It went really well. Results was available after at exactly 24hr of doing test. I didn't need to retake or even do one skill retake as all my scores were really really great. I did like how easy it was to access this place as its near the train station.

Good infrastructure, I felt comfortable the entire time while taking the test. It is quite cold, so it’s better to bring a jumper. I received my results quickly. However, the customer service was not good at all. The staff treat you poorly and make you feel like everything is obvious when it isn’t. They may be tired of answering the same questions repeatedly, but that’s part of their job.

Had a really great time joining this IELTS masterclass! The session was super helpful, easy to follow, and gave me a better understanding of the IELTS test structure and strategies. The air conditioning was strong and the staff were very professional. Although it's a good place, I don't want to come back again. Just let me pass it in one try, I was really dying from anxiety.
