The staff here were super helpful! A tip: arrive about 30 minutes early — it makes everything easier. If it’s your first time, the building is right next to Bean Lab. There’s also a coffee shop on Level 1 (Soaz 22), and a sign out front so it’s easy to spot. Take the lift to Level 7 and wait there — staff in each session will assist you with registration. Parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend coming by public transport for more convenience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Melbourne IELTS Centre has been amazing throughout my IELTS journey. They offered great support and followed up closely with Cambridge. Special thanks to Oki for her full support and kindness, and to Joe for the excellent training and help with my special consideration. Truly a supportive and professional team, highly recommend!
I had a good experience overall. The staff were warm and friendly and really took their job seriously. The testing room could be better with windows. It's literally a room that is dark and has no windows, but whatever, to each their own. The chairs OMG are super comfy though I wish there was a mid break where we could stand up and stretch. The people who do the speaking test - I felt they were nice but it felt like a robot you were talking to - but then again strict guidelines they must follow. I used the practice tests on the official IELTS website and felt that helped me.
