Oki and her colleagues are very supportive to arrange a special test for me. I am very happy to take a test here with their warm welcome and kind arrangement. Despite I had trouble with my passport near the test date, they quickly come up with a possible solution that helps. I don't know if I might have 6.0 or not but I definitely know they got more than 6 stars for their wholehearted support.

I actually had a great time taking IELTS. ❤️Excellent venue and friendly staff. They were professional with a smile and kind to answer any silly questions I had. They even found a safe storage for my bike. Thanks to them going extra mile caring for test takers, I felt at ease and was able to conduct myself calmly during the speaking test. Computers worked perfectly. Got my result within 5 days too. Highly recommended.
