The receptionist ( Bee bee) is a very cheerful person and she made me feel super comfortable and confident before my tests. I think you guys should give her a bonus. My overall experience was really great. Definitely recommend this centre

Taking my IELTS speaking test here was one of my best experiences in Canberra! I traveled from Melbourne for a short trip and scheduled my test while visiting. However, I accidentally brought my daughter’s passport instead of mine and thought I wouldn’t be able to sit the test. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly kind and patient in helping me resolve the issue. Chamila, in particular, went above and beyond, spending a lot of time making calls and sending emails to colleagues in other cities to explore all possible solutions. She eventually managed to reschedule my test. The examiner and front desk staff were also very warm and welcoming, which made the entire experience much less stressful. Truly grateful for their assistance and professionalism. I highly recommend this test center to anyone considering taking their IELTS in Canberra!

It is great but it could be better if IDP could come up with idea like one skill retake for two test. If we fail in two skills, we have to sit for the whole test again which is bit sad and difficult.
