The staff on the test room in building G Ultimo Taft work professionally and friendly and very helpful. Change the speaking test time for me as well very flexible. But the Asian lady in font of house today she work like robot no smile just work and also when come to ask for information. The first day I came here to ask everything not clear waiting in middle of the office the staff didn’t say hi and when ask for the course of education agency it seems never have anyone work for it. The test paper base go to another building be careful the staff will not tell you everything not same the senior team work supper professional. The younger team work have too much ego make people come to visit stressful and not comfortable.
