The center staff were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. They were always cheerful and responded to emails very quickly. I really appreciated their professionalism and warm attitude.
I had a problem attending to my booked test date, and I had to change it because I got sick a few days prior taking it, and they managed to change my date with the medical certificate right away, as I already changed it once before as I booked a General Training test when I needed an Academic version.
