The staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were not too busy, It's a pretty good environment to take a test. I submitted an EOR and my remark was available within 2 hours. My mark went up by 0.5 :) and I received my refund the next day. I am very pleased with the quickly they resolved everything.
I am writing here to express my gratitude for the exceptional support and assistance I received from your Institute of Language IELTS Test Centre during my recent examination. Especially Jenny of the admin team, I would like to thank her for being so supportive and patience and willingness to assist whenever needed. She not only listened to my concerns but also took prompt action to help me reprint my result report. I am truly appreciative of the effort and time invested in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you once again for your outstanding service, and I look forward to recommending your test center to others in the future.
I found the process was wonderful, and the staff, especially Jenny, were professional and capable of addressing issues. Positive feedback is always appreciated, but acknowledging the weaknesses of the experience can be valuable for improvement. As for the demerits, it's understandable that writing and speaking tasks can be challenging due to the subjective nature of personal perspectives. Expressing opinions and viewpoints in a way that aligns with the IELTS criteria can indeed be a complex task.
