Very kind people working there. They are very polite and helpful. The best part was the speaking test, with Sophia Allani, where she talked to me with such a kindness that made all my nerves calm, making it easy for me to demonstrate my English skills.

Had a great time taking IELTS in Adelaide test centre, the staff especially Ellie, Rosa and Zulia, are amazing, they really manage to make you feel good and confident. Ellie is very great in urgent responding to all inquiry, and she even helped me to reschedule a test before my flight, which was great. Thanks a lot for making a stressful test seems easy and manageable. Highly recommended!

I had 2 good experiences in taking tests here. So appreciate one of your staff, she spoke a joke to release our pressure, which make me had a really relaxing exam feeling. And when I didn’t get my required result first time , so grateful Areza asked me about which part loose the mark, advised me to practice more. Finally I got the highest mark I had!
