I took computer-based tests here (3 times actually). The staff were REALLY nice and sweet. They not only gave me the best service, but the first time I took the test I was panicked, they also assured me in a very gentle and kind manner. I love all of them! Britney and Day went above and beyond and provided me with 5 stars service when I visited IELTS Brisbane yesterday. They were both so accommodating when helping me to register for my test.

Great experience, kind staff, great test environment. Got 8 overall, which is a good result for someone who hasn't done IELTS for almost 9 years.
