IDP IELTS Test Centre Townsville

I took my computer-based academic IELTS test at Cairns test centre last week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The computer-based test experience was smooth and friendly for people like myself who are more used to type and read on screens. Most importantly the results were released in like 3 business days. I was so impressed. I have received all components over 8 and happy for this outcome. Highly recommend this test centre 😊

Thanks for the good services provided by the staff and the centre. The staff were very kind and nice. Can I make a suggestion? I am wondering if it is possible to project a timer on the front wall/screen during the test. For example, once the writing and reading sections begin, the invigilator presses the count down (or count up) button respectively. In that case, whenever they want, candidates can see exactly how much time they will have (or have spent if the time is counting up) in writing and reading. They then will not need to remember when the writing/reading begins, and will not need to do the maths evert time they check the time. Thanks.

Very good experience for a first timer to IELTS. The master class was very helpful. A thing to note is to inform participants to relieve themselves at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the listening and reading class rather than keeping everyone guessing until closing the door abruptly. All in all, it was an awesome experience and I look forward to my final rating.
