I had a very good experience at this test centre. The lady at the reception has excellent customer service skills. I called twice for various reasons and she was always super helpful and courteous. Really impressed with her. Every one else at the centre was also nice and helpful. I had no issues. If you are doing a paper based test, no need to bring any stationary as they provide it. Also if you are always cold like me, wear something warm without a zipper because they will make you take off any jackets. So its a good idea to wear a warm hoodie without a zipper. Had no issues with the centre and would highly recommend it to anyone considering giving IELTS here.
