I would like to acknowledge the workers who work here. I took the IELTS general training exam on 30 Nov 2025. The workers at this centre were so kind to me and understanding! I told them about my diagnosis and that I need to take certain medications. They were so understanding, approachable, extremely kind and patient with me. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names but would like to give you round of applause and my huge gratitude. Also, Roberta who took my Speaking test was so sweet and friendly! I didn’t even feel like I was taking exam but rather just having a chat with a friend with a cup of coffee! Huge thanks to you ladies at this centre. I could have not done this without you all!

I had an excellent experience taking my paper-based IELTS test at IDP IELTS. The staff were very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. During the listening test, headphones are provided, which is much more convenient than listening through speakers.

Very kind staff! I arrived just in time due to unexpected heavy traffic, and they waited for me so that I didn't miss the beginning of the test! Big thank you!!!
